invalid command-line parameter: Files\Android\android-sdk\tools/emulator-arm.exe.

So I was working on an app last night an upgraded the Android SDK ( yay
upgrade right ? ) Wrong. After I restarted Eclipse , and I tried running an app , I was getting this message-
What does this nonsense mean ?
It means that Eclipse is not able to properly read the SDK. There is currently a problem with R12 where the SDK location cannot contain any spaces.
The default installation location is: C:\Programme Files(x86)\Android\android-sdk. They are currently fixing the problem but you can currently work around it by changing the SDK location path in eclipse to C:\PROGRA~2\Android\android-sdk.
If you are running 32-bit Windows, change the path to C:\PROGRA~1\Android\android-sdk
- To simplify things ( and avoid any possible glitches in the future) I literally copied the android-sdk folder , and pasted it in C:\ , so now the SDK is located here : C:\android-sdk. Once the SDK has been moved you need to adjust the location of the SDK in your IDE ( check the screenshot below)
Go to Window>>>>Preferences
On the left hand column you will see different Categories ( General, Android, Etc) . Click on Android. You will see the SDK location. Click browse, and then locate your newly moved SDK. Click apply , and then restart .
That's it for today folks
Hope this was helpful .
So what are you still doing here ? Go develop some apps lol . Peace

Last.FM Wallpaper Generator

Its official, I am a Last.fm junkie. Whether I am on the go with my LG Optimus T rocking out with the Last.fm android app
, or I am my computer designing websites listening to it ,is only a click away. I was looking for the Last.fm API and its usage the net, and somehow came to this awesome Last.fm wallpaper generator. You input your Last.fm user name, and and select the size wallpaper you wish to have . And then in a few seconds you'll have your very own custom wallpaper. The website takes takes the cd covers from the albums\artist you listen to and generates a cool spread of different images.
Here is what it generated for me :
Awesomeness lol … There is a python script that I came across , that will do the same , and more , but unfortunately, I am not that big of a python user , so I can't really speak on it … Here is the link http://ledazibao.free.fr/wallpaperfm/

Last.FM Android App
I was a heavy Imeem user , but then out of nowhere Myspace bought them out , and that was the end of Imeem . Imeem is now a part of Myspace music. So now , I replaced my need for music through Last.Fm. If you haven't checked the site out already , I really recommend checking it out.
Anyways , being on the go , whether its off to meet a client , or running my daily errands, I always keep my music handy within reach. Enter the Last.Fm app for android. ( you can download it easily by typing in Last.Fm in your market window on your android powered device and download it free of charge) or by using a qr reader such as Google Googles and direct it here
The app allows you to synch the music you love
and create playlists that youcan save , and access from anywhere. It's like having a personal Dj in your pocket. Of course , the app is also available for the Iphone ( maybe I'll get Chango-Bi to test it on the Iphone for me ( she dumped her Android Phone and Got an Iphone , boooo lol )
You can listen to music from : Your Library
This is music that you have either on your computer ( using the last.fm scrobbler program) or music that is saved on your android iphone device.
Your Loved Tracks
This is music that you have listened to and Loved( thats what the heart is for , see image above )
Recommended By Last.FM
This is music that Last.FM plays randomly based on the type of genre you listen to .
Your Neighborhood
This is music from other last.FM users that have similar taste in music , further expanding the music that you can add to your own personal playlist. ( love this feature)
The app itself is great , but when you combine it with the Last.FM scrobbler. it is sheer awesomeness lol. Check it out for yourself , I promise you'll love it , lol . ( that is of course , unless Last.fm gos the way of Imeem and sells out ,
Product Review for the Sprint Evo

So I asked my sister to do a review for the new Sprint Evo , and this is what she came up with….

I have been a Sprint customer for twelve years and would have to say that it is a wonderful service. Yes the $10 extra sucks but the truth is that they been undercharging for their services for quite some time and even with that add on fee (that should only be unfair until September when 4G is rolled out in the OC), Sprint is still far cheaper than all the rest. For instance, Sprint have long gave you the Sprint Navi package (TeleNav) included with the $69 plan. That same package on Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile would run you at least a$100 extra a year.
Sprint reps told me that if the 4G coverage is spotty, the Evo will switch between 3G and 4G networks searching for the best signal and drain a lot of power doing so…
As far as video chat, there are few people to chat with because there's no standard way of connecting to others, and very few phones have front-facing video cameras. An app called Fring was used to successfully connect a video chat between a laptop and the Evo. video chatting will actually be quite good even on the 3g network, i have been tethering my sprint 3g phone to my computer and have been able to video chat through my computer with a great deal of clarity, obviously not to the degree of 4g but its still respectable..
Photo and video quality is good.. if you play with the features enough you might just want to leave your camera home.
the apps are great lots of free ones too.
I am far from a techy' type of person so for me to manage this phone with out trouble its great.
favorite apps :
- TASKs ( i suggest everyone down load this. its shows what applications are open you dont want to slow up your device. )
- mta / bus planner ( similar to hop and stop) but actually is accurate !
- photoshop although you wont be able to do any pop art you can change pictures into blk and white. ect
- *Pandora _ music app type up a specific artist and gives you amazing play list.
- *Shazam _
- *Urbanspoon _ find any local bar or spot to eat .. two Thumbs up
- aldiko – read hundreds of books on your phone . i have saved about 80 bucks in these past two weeks already!
A great and useful feature. is the friend stream..
shows you all the updates on on your social websites. .
so i get to see new tweets facbook and aol stuff.
THIS PHONE IS CRACK !!
